1. Who you're contracting with. MilkMuse is operated by MONEY JORDAN INC LLC ("MilkMuse", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
2. The service. MilkMuse provides breastfeeding guidance, tracking tools, audio meditations, and related content. The "Nourish" subscription unlocks premium content.
3. Not medical advice. MilkMuse is for informational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, lactation, or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified provider for medical questions.
4. Your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are at least 12 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use. You will not: use the service unlawfully, attempt to interfere with or probe its security, scrape or reverse-engineer it, infringe IP, or transmit malware or spam.
6. Intellectual property. All MilkMuse content, software, and branding remains our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your active plan.
7. Subscriptions and payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
8. Cancellation. You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Suspension or termination. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. No warranties; availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
11. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates means acceptance.
