Who we are. MilkMuse is operated by MONEY JORDAN INC LLC ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the MilkMuse app.
What we collect and why.
- Account data (name, email, password hash) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Profile and tracking data (feeding logs, notes, preferences) — to provide the service. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Subscription status (plan, period, status) — to grant access to Nourish. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Support messages — to respond to inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Usage and device data (IP, browser, basic analytics) — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Who we share data with.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for processing payments, managing subscriptions, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the app (database, authentication, file storage).
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
Retention. We keep account and tracking data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. Billing records are retained as required by law.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the app to exercise these rights. EU/UK users may complain to a supervisory authority.
International transfers. Data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Security. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated APIs.
Cookies. We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the app.
Children. MilkMuse is designed for users 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12.
